For thirty years, moving people in and out of homes is what I have excelled at.  During this period, I have worked as a real estate assistant specializing in the legal process of purchasing and of selling properties then changed careers to become a real estate representative to aid in the purchasing and selling of clients’ homes. 

My philosophy:  The better informed you are, the easier for you to make a sound decision to purchase and enjoy the home you want; whether you are a first-time buyer, downsizing or upsizing.
